I will be giving you the Basic's here to get you started so you will know what the process is and what to expect.
From here you will directed to a Questionnaire that will give us the information needed and required to accurately prepare your Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Petition. I know this is the part you don't look forward to and would not be on you top list of "fun things to do" but regardless of the type of service you choose and/or service provider this information is needed. Try and find a time when all is quiet and you can sit and relax with a nice frosty soft drink. It is really not that long compared to the Petition it's self. There are approximately several pages ahead of this one. We have made every attempt to make this as stress free and painless as possible.
On the Questionnaire where "None" or "Not Applicable" applies, please so state in the area provided. The more complete and accurate your petition is upon filing the easier and faster you case will come to conclusion without complication. If it is not complete the Trustee at the 341(a) hearing normally scheduled 30 to 60 days after filing will have a lot of questions thus making the 341(a) hearing more complicated and time consuming.
Be as complete as possible.
Our Fee of $199.00 does not change regardless if you have 10 Creditors or 100. If typing each Creditor and their information is to tedious and/or time consuming you can fax us the last statement you have from each creditor to (888) 410-8642. If you choose that option just bypass the Creditors Section by clicking "Next".

You Complete the Questionnaire
You will be taken to our easy, secure, convenient Check Out Page
Choose a Payment Option (including) check or money order
Upon Receipt of Your Completed Questionnaire We Will Review Same
Contact You to Confirm Our Receipt of the Questionnaire
and Ask any Questions and/or Clarification We Might Have at This Time
We Will Then Commence Your Paperwork
Upon Completion We We Email You a Copy For Your Review and Approval
If there are Any Changes or Additions We Will Quickly Do So
Forward the Completed Petition To You either by email, fax or
United States Post Office (your preference) please note that sending a hard copy via the United States Post Office requires a fee of $15.00 to cover printing and postage as the average petition is approx. 70 pages
